What we collect
When you request help we collect the details you enter: your name, email, phone number, address or neighborhood, the services you want, a preferred date and time, and any notes. If a parent or guardian signs a young person up to join the crew, we collect the parent’s name, email and phone, the young person’s first name and age range, and the details entered. Sign-up information is never shown on the website. We also keep a one-way scrambled version of your network address to help block spam.
How we use it
Only to schedule and complete your job and to reply to you. We don’t sell or share your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Spam protection
The request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile may collect limited technical data from your browser for that purpose.
